About Reflected Hearts

At Reflected Hearts, we believe every celebration should be a reflection of the people at the heart of it. Our goal is to create highly personalized weddings and events that beautifully reflect each client’s vision, story, and heart’s desires while also being mindful of their financial future.

We understand that while celebrations are incredibly meaningful, financial peace and long-term goals matter as well. Our approach focuses on helping clients create intentional, memorable events that feel beautiful and personal without losing sight of realistic budgeting and financial responsibility.

Founded on faith, intention, and meaningful connection, the inspiration behind Reflected Hearts Events comes from Psalm 37:4:

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”

This verse serves as the foundation of both our name and the heart behind our business. We believe celebrations are about more than beautiful details — they are about creating lasting memories, meaningful experiences, and moments that truly matter.

We are passionate about going the extra mile to ensure every client feels supported, celebrated, and cared for throughout the planning process. Whether coordinating an intimate gathering or a once-in-a-lifetime wedding, our mission is to create thoughtful, intentional events that allow you to fully enjoy every moment with the people you love most.

At Reflected Hearts Events, your vision matters, your story matters, and your celebration deserves to be planned with heart.

About Our Founder

Hi, I’m Mia Branch, the founder and heart behind Reflected Hearts Weddings & Events.

I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University, where my passion for events truly began. As a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, I had the opportunity to serve on the event committee, helping plan and coordinate a variety of events and experiences. Through those experiences, I discovered not only my love for event planning but also a deeper understanding of the organization, creativity, and attention to detail required to bring meaningful events to life.

I also earned my master’s degree from Southern Methodist University, further strengthening my skills in communication, leadership, organization, and people-focused service.

Above all, I believe event planning is more than just a career for me — it is a true passion and calling that God has placed on my heart. I love creating celebrations that feel intentional, personal, and reflective of each client’s unique story. From thoughtful details to personalized touches, I believe the little things are often what make moments feel the most meaningful.

My goal is to create celebrations that not only look beautiful but also leave people feeling cared for, celebrated, and fully present in the moments that matter most.
